Front of House

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who share our values: a passion for fresh, local, and seasonal produce; a commitment to sustainability; and a dedication to delivering welcoming and informed service.

Available positions:

We are currently hiring for full-time waiters, a full-time shift supervisor, and a receptionist/host.

Requirements:
Candidates must have previous experience, be fluent in English, hold a valid Skills Pass, reside in Malta, and have their own transportation.

Waiters
Candidates must be open to a full, paid training period. A good understanding of Mediterranean food and ingredients is highly desirable. Waiters will be responsible for managing their own section, delivering service in line with the restaurant’s standards, and reporting to the management team.

Receptionist / Host
The role involves learning the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing reservations, greeting and welcoming guests, assisting the team during service, and ensuring that all guest interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, including the communication of any important information.

Shift Supervisor
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of shifts, ensuring that service runs smoothly, and that all staff operate in line with the restaurant’s standards and SOPs. The shift supervisor will lead the team on the floor and maintain consistency in both service and quality.
